Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Night Sous Chef on behalf of our client a national contract caterer for a B&I site in the Cambridge city centre.
The establishment are cooking fresh food at high volume. The ideal candidate will have the relevant experience for this role. Hours of the role are very attractive working Monday-Friday 4pm-2am.
* 4 DAYS PER WEEK
*NO WEEKENDS
My client is looking for a Sous chef with fresh and imaginative ideas, bringing flair and creativity to the kitchen - inputting ideas into the menu and food produced.
You will have the relevant city & guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ 1,2 (minimum) and basic food hygiene qualifications, be conscientious, have good communication skills, be able to work alone and in a team, and be able to relate well to others.
The client is looking for the suitable candidate to start asap.
