Due to expansion Major Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team in Newton Aycliffe.
Major Recruitment are an established company within the Recruitment Industry delivering, temporary, contract and permanent solutions in 8 key sectors over the past 26 years!!
We operate within the following sectors
- Engineering and Technical
- Oil and Gas
- Power and Renewals
- Manufacturing, FMCG and Industrial
- Trades and Labour
- Executive Search and Selection
- Professional Office Services
- Logistics
- Healthcare
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch, 25 days holiday plus the statutory bank holidays (increasing every year)
We have a friendly and professional team that are the flagship team of the company, we are looking for someone that has at least 3 years experience working within a recruitment organisation, ideally working on both Temporary and Permanent placements.
We are looking for individuals that will excel in completing the following duties
* Recruitment campaigns
* Head Hunting
* Managing a pool of available candidates
* Referencing
* Arranging registrations, interviews etc.
* Ensuring compliance is maintained at all times
* Delivering a high level of customer service
* Screening potential candidates
