With the Commercial business growing strongly, a new Credit Control team was created to take responsibility of the credit control function and all aspects of credit risk and is now in the process of setting up new functions and new systems. Therefore, we are in a really exciting period and are looking to recruit a proactive and organised individual that will help support our Credit Control team as our Credit Control Administrator.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor of Majestic Wine, based in the support centre in Watford, this temporary role is varied and is mainly made up of the following:
* Supporting the credit control team with their administrative tasks/ collections
* Supporting the Credit Control Supervisor in the rollout of a new Direct Debit process
* Assisting in the data cleansing for a new Sage finance system
* Some collection duties during peak trading.
* Ad Hoc Duties across the finance team
Knowledge & Skills Required:
* At least 1 year of some exposure to credit control is required (ideally in retail but not compulsory)
* Good Excel Skills
* Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* Able to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Willingness to learn and develop, as all the processes are new and under review for continuous improvements.
* Role duration - 6-12 months.
* Available as soon as possible
* Systems Experience: Microsoft Office programmes, Sage, Barclays Internet banking and Experian
