Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor
We are recruiting a Litigator for a well establish Dispute Resolution team in Stoke-on-Trent.
The firm requires a candidate with a broad range of civil and commercial litigation experience and someone who can take a pragmatic and straightforward approach to providing advice.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years + PQE in Commercial/Civil Litigation and be competent in assisting clients through the litigation process whilst being mindful of costs and the impact involved.
In this role you will deal with a wide range of disputes in the areas of contract, insolvency and property.
