Associate Director ??? Residential Valuation & Development

Joshua Robert Recruitment is representing a Global Real Estate organisation, with a significant presence in Birmingham. Widely regarded as a market leader, the organisation has some of the most successful performers and teams across all disciplines within property in the Midlands. Due to the success of the commercial valuation team, there is now an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced valuation surveyor, to help form and lead a Residential Valuation & Development department, working with some of the most high-profile schemes in the Midlands.

You will be tasked with providing development valuation advice for large scale schemes, including residential land and high value developments of 50+ dwellings, low-rise and high rise- blocks and significant housing estates. This is a highly varied and high profile opportunity within a genuine global leader. Due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and lead their own team, with fast-track route to Director and beyond.

To be considered for this position, it is important you are a chartered surveyor with valuation experience. The organisation is only looking to work with motivated, driven individuals who are passionate about developing their career.
