As a KS2 Teaching Assistant you will be working within one class, assisting lessons under the direction of the class teacher. Your responsibilities in this KS2 Teaching Assistant position will include bringing a unique personal approach to encourage an innovative teaching environment. Day-to-day, you will be making the most of the resources in your classroom and joining a team led by a dynamic Headteacher. You will be discovering the best approach to behavioural management and lesson delivery by paying close attention during your training and continual professional development sessions. As a KS2 Teaching Assistant you will be managing smaller intervention groups and individual sessions and using the helpful facilities at your disposal such as indoor / outdoor flow.
