Our expanding client based in Sutton Coldfield are looking to recruit a Vehicle Maintenance Controller to join their team - these role is based on expansion within the company.
Duties include:
•Ensuring that customers receive value for money from service, maintenance and repair providers
•Negotiating with vehicle repair clients
•Resolving complicated and protracted car related issues
•Liaising with customers, manufacturers, dealerships and our repair network
•Building strong relationships
Successful candidates must have:
•Strong customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
•Good Team Player
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Salary
GBP 23,000 - GBP 25,000
