Software Support Advisor
We currently have openings for two Customer Support Agents with a hotel background to join our team. If you love the hotel industry but not the hours that go with it, this could be an excellent opportunity to embark upon a new career. Ideal candidates would come from a front of house manager, revenue manager or assistant manager position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and vibrant outlook
- Friendly and approachable manner
- Good team player
- Experience with using the Hotel Executive PMS by Avon Data Systems or other PMS
- Experience with a channel manager preferably Staah and / or SiteMinder
Customer Support Agents duties
- Taking first line support – logging tickets, assisting the customer where possible
- Channel management integrations
- Hotel Executive PMS software configuration
- Banquet EPOS configuration
- Online training
- Participation in the out of hours support rota from home
- Full training will be provided
