111 Call Health Advisor
Our Client, Northwest Ambulance Service is currently looking to recruit 999 Patient Transport Customer Service Advisors for long term, permanent positions based at their large site in Manchester M14.
This role is in a busy, patient focused environment, handling calls. You will be managing internal and external case queries and liaising with other internal teams and blue light services. This role requires a calm and focused approach. Mostly you will be required to arrange the patient transfers as well as the transport to & from hospitals/other medical practices. This is a challenging role and you will be required to work under pressure.
We have part time and full time positions available, ideal candidates will need to be flexible as this position will require you to work shifts; mixture of days/nights/weekends. You will need to have a previous experience in customer service. In this position you will be required to handle a lot of confidential information therefore you will need to be able to pass enhanced DBS check which will be applied for once you have been successful.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking for a career as there is a lot of progression/training available. The pay rate will vary from £7/h - 14/h depending on the shifts.
