Our client sources stunning properties from around the UK to provide customers with their dream holiday getaway. They are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. 

If successful, you would be the face of the company! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to property owners. You’ll also proactively manage the performance of a selection of assigned properties. 

Specifically, you will take charge of relationships with property owners and will work alongside colleagues to ensure that targets are achieved, online marketing content is accurate and the reservation system is working effectively. You’ll also meet with property owners from time to time if necessary. 

This is an exciting and engaging role that will see you primarily working from our client’s Exeter office but also undertaking some travel throughout the South-West to visit properties.

- Experience in a customer-focused role 
- Experience of achieving targets in fast-paced environments
