We are now looking for a Senior Manager for Income Management and Lettings to join our team in Redruth for a maternity cover contract lasting at least 12 months.

You’ll be leading from the front and setting the example for a number of teams, ensuring they are supported and effectively led to ensure the timely and efficient recovery of all income. What will I be doing? 

You will manage our Income, Leasehold and Service Charge and Lettings Teams, providing effective leadership and communicating a positive company vision. 

Your role will involve: 

- Taking responsibility for all aspects of income management 
- Delivering the income strategy 
- Ensuring a high quality, effective and efficient customer focused service is delivered across all income services 
- Overseeing the operation of our HomeHunt service 
- Managing a debit of £26M 
- Supporting the recovery of service charges 
- Reducing rent loss through minimising voids 

What do I need? 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Management experience 
- A housing background 
- The ability to learn quickly and think innovatively 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
