We are now on the look out for an experienced, driven and passionate Chef de parties to join our fantastic sites across Surrey and Kent

It is exciting times for these stunning gastropubs with a great Head Chefs and a menus that changes every 6 weeks.

Stunning fresh food and friendly staff provide the guests with a unique journey through culinary delights and exceptional service!

The hours of work will be 45 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 basis, there are strong teams already in place so you will not end up working more than the hours you get paid for and having every Sunday evening off is a perk!

As a Chef de Partie you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen including busy services, ensuring food standards are kept high, making sure you and your colleagues are having a great time. You will have the chance to put your ideas forward as well as all aspects of ordering from the local suppliers. All HACCP and COSHH requirements would have to be ensured.

Experience in a similar role is preferential, ideally in a high end gastropub but certainly in fresh prepped food environment. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to 21k per annum plus up to 4k tips. You'll be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.
