Since inception, we have continued to grow rapidly and will now be moving to larger premises in the Coalville area. Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP22,000 P/A depending on experience plus commission

Recruitment Resourcer Job Highlights:

* Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
* Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
* Finding potential candidates to fill job roles via job adverts, social media, job fairs and referrals
* Visiting clients and negotiating terms to bring in potential business
* Dealing with general client queries
* Resourcing, Servicing and Account management

Recruitment Resourcer Job Requirements:

* Work effectively within your team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Client based)
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and working to deadlines
* Good negotiating skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Driving License (Preferable) as you might be required to travel to different areas of the business
