Business Analyst

Role

• To deliver all applications/solutions to internal and external customers and to liaise with Corporate and Regional users on all application and system related issues.
• To develop and define inter enterprise business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness and to identify potential improvement opportunities.
• To drive sales promotion, presentation, requirement gathering, new customer implementation and design of Ecommerce applications and systems with business partners and customers.
• To work with existing customers and colleagues to identify areas for process or system improvement or cost saving. To drive business development for system product expansion within existing customers.
• To deliver and analyze management and performance reports as required by the MGT team using internal MIS.

Requirements

• Strong analytic skills.
• Expertise with all Microsoft Office tools especially advanced excel, macro, VBA and power point
• Able to work as part of a close team and independently as required
• Experience of similar work in a previous role is essential, if the role is within the shipping and/or freight forwarding industry desirable
• Previous project management experience desirable.
