Salary: up to £27,540 per annum plus £2,000 performance related bonus company car (starting salary subject to experience and qualifications)

Hours: 36.25 per week

The Role

As a result of this growth, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our friendly and enthusiastic Sales Team to assist in the delivery of our property sales portfolio. 

This stimulating position offer the opportunity for the individual to develop within a challenging and exciting environment of property sales.  As a member of a team which is committed to success and the delivery of excellent, quality services, ideally you will:

• Have outstanding Customer Service skills
• Possess excellent ICT and administration skills with experience in Microsoft office applications.
• Show you’re an effective team player, with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Have the ability to work to demanding timescales within a diverse business area.
• Show a proven track record of working to targets within a fast paced sales environment.
• Possess a sound knowledge of the selling and marketing of residential properties
• Have knowledge of the legal processes associated with residential sales
• Have experience of working within a property sales environment
• Understand and have sound knowledge of the various affordable Home Ownership initiatives
