Wains Transport Ltd are seeking a part time experienced Invoice Administrator to support their accounts department. The individual must be able to collate and input invoice data ensuring all invoices are reviewed for accuracy as well as compiling and processing weekly payroll time -sheets
and ensuring bills are paid on time. Being able to solve any discrepancies with invoices is essential.
The individual must have experience of working with invoices coupled with intermediate knowledge of Sage. The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload is essential. Maintaining accuracy and the ability to work under pressure is a must. Good administrative skills coupled with
general office duties is key.
