FM/Accommodation Co-ordinator

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Grade 4 Salary: £21,687 - £25,369 per annum

As FM/Accommodation Co-ordinator you are required to provide accommodation management service to all non-care accommodation to ensure that facilities are fit for purpose and available for use at all times.

To co-ordinate the non-care accommodation application process to ensure maximum occupancy. To work with tenants and contractors to ensure the safe and effective delivery of all FM services and manage all tenancies in accordance with current legislation. To be the factor for all non-care accommodation across the Erskine estate including service charges and rent collection. 

 

 

To act as Erskine representative for all facilities matters relating to third party provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance, Planned Works, Unplanned Works and Emergency Repair to all non-care accommodation.

The successful candidate should be Educated to HND level or equivalent and/or thorough understanding of accommodation management.  Possess a practical knowledge of Health & Safety.

Individual is required to be a Member of Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent or willing to work towards.  Have a good knowledge of PPM system management, Scottish Government Private Residential Tenancy framework, Landlord responsibilities and comprehensive knowledge of Scottish Housing Legislation.

Experience in similar role/organisation with excellent administration, communication and computer skills.
