Contract Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term for 3 weeks with possibility of extension to cover long term sickness

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Administrator to support in our Human Resources Department here at South Devon College. The post holder will undertake a range of admin tasks relating to human resources, including assisting with the administration of offer letters and contracts, recruitment and any other duties that may be required commensurate with the level and responsibility of the post.

The ideal candidate will possess GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent, have experience working in a pressurised, customer facing environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. You will need to be flexible, exhibit a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
