Following an unprecedented response from customers to our recent new Product Launch, we are looking for high calibre individuals, to join our enthusiastic manufacturing team, in a variety of equally important roles.

We are gearing up to supply our much sought after, newly released products to our customers all over the world.

As a Team Leader you will work for the Group, based at and rotated around all manufacturing site locations. Responsible for more than 30 employees, your role will be to efficiently deliver product excellence by the vigilant management of people, materials and equipment. You will be expected to generate and maintain procedures such as standard ops, production line balancing and risk assessments within the disciplines of a continuous improvement environment. The management of employee holiday, absence, disciplinary and health & safety procedures are an integral part of the role also. We would like to hear from you, if you can; work within the set management parameters, lead and motivate a team, consistently deliver the very best in a professional and involved way and always have the expectations of the end Customer at the forefront of your mind.

You will be expected to be committed to working with set safety, quality and productivity standards and to maintain a good punctuality and attendance record.
