Brook Street are seeking for an Temporary Administration Officer on behalf of our Government environment based Client in the centre of Bristol.
The candidate will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. This role is contracted to an year with a chance of extension with an hourly rate of GBP7.98 rising to GBP9.97 after 12 weeks.
Examples of work performed but not limited to is:
- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Preparing routine correspondence
-regular communication with Judges, Barristers, Defendants and general public
The ideal candidates will have :
Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent) and NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience) Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office and Good communication skills, both oral and written.
This role will require an enhances DS.
