The Role: As an Internal BDM, you will be responsible for selling merchant services & e-commerce solutions to mid-market and corporate businesses. With a focus on Hospitality - Hotels, Conferencing, Gyms, Restaurant Groups and also Insurance brokers you will be targeting senior decision makers that are responsible for reviewing existing contract agreements. This is a new business role; however, you will keep all accounts and financial benefit from their growth.
The Company: Our client is a significant player in the Global market with a significant presence in the USA and Canada. They are currently in the process of growing and developing the UK operation and are keen to increase their headcount in the London office to capitalise on the growth results they have already achieved. Due to exceptional service levels and back up infrastructure coupled with competitive pricing this company have grown organically since there arrival into the UK market.
As an employer: This is a genuine company of choice and as such boast virtually zero staff churn. Recruits will go on to develop careers in key accounts / national accounts / client partner and possibly man-management roles in the future. There is a huge emphasis on development and career mapping. Importantly they offer the BEST commission structure on the market. When a contract is signed the BDM will earn a PASSIVE income every single month for 3-4 years on each individual closed piece of business. On top of the incredibly lucrative package - the company will take the WHOLE UK company on a all expenses trip paid for every year (on hitting budget). There is also a GBP500 bonus for having few 'sick days.' Not to mention an early 3.30pm finish every Friday. With a true friendly and supportive / social culture this position truly ticks every box.
The Candidate: Our client is either looking to recruit a graduate who has is keen to move into a business to business sales role. The existing team are from varied backgrounds and although all are strong hunters the business are keen to recruit individuals who are keen to grow and develop and have a positive, friendly approach to winning business. The bonus structure is designed to reward long term stability and sustained success and members of the existing team who are in their 2nd and 3rd years of employment are earning more than GBP4000/month in bonus.
Office Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3.30am Friday
Holiday: 37 days including stats
The Package:
Basic up to GBP26K (This will depend on experience)
Plus uncapped OTE GBP15K/20K+ in year 1, OTE GBP70k+++ Year 2
GBP500 non-sick day bonus
Annual all expenses trip abroad (for hitting budget)
Company contribution pension
Various additional discretionary bonus's and incentives
