The Role   

As Corporate Front of House Receptionist, you will provide a high-quality reception service at a site in Nailsea. 

Specifically, your duties will involve:   

- Answering, screening and directing calls   
- Meeting and greeting visitors   
- Writing and distributing correspondence   
- Booking and co-ordinating meeting rooms   
- Providing general administrative support   

About You   

To join us as a Corporate Front of House Receptionist, you’ll need:   

- Previous front of house reception experience   
- Experience of managing multiple line phone systems and multiple incoming calls simultaneously  
- A track record of meeting and greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner   
- Great interpersonal and communication skills   
- The ability to work well alone, as well as part of a team   

Other companies may call this role Receptionist, Administrator, Office Administrator, Secretary, EA, PA, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.   

This is a full time role, working 7:30 – 15:30, Monday – Friday. 

An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
