About the Role
The Operations team is a core part of the auction business, made up of various functions; Yard, Inspections, VCP and Imaging. All team members are responsible for ensuring all processes within their department run efficiently and that customer service excellence is maintained at all times.
Joining us as Inspections Team Leader, you will effectively manage the vehicle inspections process and team, monitoring and driving both quality and productivity of inspections and ensuring Manheim KPI’s/SLA’s, targets and revenues are consistently met.
Having overall responsibility for the Vehicle Inspections department, you must ensure the administration, inspection, coordination and movement of vehicles meets customer SLA requirements and deal with any problems or incidents in a timely manner. You will plan in advance to support vehicle arrivals in terms of facilities available, productivity of labour and equipment, and where appropriate, support the Yard team with ongoing process and movement of inspected vehicles, to ensure the efficient and effective flow of vehicles around the site.
So, if you have a proven track record of managing small to medium to size teams and have experience of working within and meeting SLA and KPI requirements, then we want to hear from you! You’ll have excellent IT skills in Excel and Word with the ability to analyse data to drive performance. You’ll be able to communicate well at all levels and be flexible, work using your own initiative and be able to react to an ever-changing environment.
