Job Purpose

Working as part of a small team to process and dispatch orders using multidisciplinary platforms; offering a high level of customer service and excellent administration support to ensure the smooth running of our dispatch facility

Role & Responsibilities

Performing routine administration tasks to ensure all orders are picked, checked and dispatched correctly

Dealing Promptly and efficiently with telephone and email enquiries

Assist in the management of returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner

Other administration tasks as required
