Vehicle Service Advisor
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: GBP25,000 Basic + Bonus
This job is based at the companies Basingstoke dealership. You must have previous experience working within the motor trade as a Service Advisor.
Job Summary/Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers receive an excellent level of service whilst at the same time ensuring the highest level of sales for the company.
Key Activities/Duties
To receive inbound service booking calls from retail customers
To allocate service and MOT work to individual Technicians - booking to a maximum efficiency
Ensure all Duty of Care products are sold and promoted within the relevant service schedules
Upsell ancillary products to customers where it is beneficial to do so
To ensure that all bookings are accurately completed and all the relevant data is included each and every time
Person Specification
You must have previous experience working within the motor trade as a Service Advisor
Highly focused, very confident, with a comprehensive knowledge of how to maintain a professional, helpful and courteous relationship with allocated customers
Having an enthusiastic and positive attitude
You must hold a full UK drivers license
