Trade Marketing Manager EMEA

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the EMEA Brand Director the successful applicant will be responsible for the accurate, timely execution and delivery of projects within the EMEA commercial strategy. This role will be fundamental in the delivery & roll out of the complete European marketing plan to the local market marketing teams.

This role will include the involvement in all outputs of the marketing mix, including photography, video, print, central product & collateral databases, merchandising, premiums, event marketing and distributor and key end user exhibitions. Working closely with local marketing departments, the successful applicant will work independently to apply the central commercial plans to specific key customer implementations.

The position will involve close coordination with local marketing teams, product management teams, other internal project stakeholders, numerous external suppliers and key distributors across Europe.

The ability to negotiate with customers, various internal & external project stakeholders, whilst controlling timely and quality project outputs is essential.

Attention to detail is paramount, for projects to be executed accurately and within Brand guidelines.

Strong organizational skills will be required to manage multiple projects, whilst prioritizing to meet deadlines.

Creativity will help the individual succeed in adding value to the projects that they work upon.

This role is based in Marlow but regular European travel will be integral to this role.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

University Degree - preferably business/marketing

Strong numeracy is important

Strong organizational skills

Ambitious

European languages desirable but not essential

Creative
