An immediate opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Corporate PA Secretary to support the Head of Legal,Risk and Compliance of a busy Insurance brokers in the Fenchurch Street area.

As well as providing PA support to Head of Legal, you will also assist the HR team with their PA needs too.

Our client ideally is looking for a PA who has previously supported an In-house Head of Legal in a corporate environment, rather than a Legal Secretary, who is self sufficient, has strong planning ahead skills and can offer pre-emptive support in meeting preparation etc

As well as strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task you will need to be happy to be a true support to the Head of Legal and provide admin support to the HR team too. This will include preparing for and taking minutes at meetings , organising travel, expenses and diaries and some events too
