Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Operational Compensation Analyst. This is a contract role based in Reading until 30th June 2019.
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,300 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits
The Field Operations organisation provides programs and services designed to improve our worldwide Sales organisations success and execution. The mission of the Field Operations group is to be recognised by our Sales organisation, Segments, and Business Groups as a strategic partner.
In Incentive Compensation we are responsible for designing incentive compensation plans which are aligned with strategic business objectives that both motivate and reward company talent. We are also responsible for policy development and implementation of all metric-based compensation plans. We implement incentive compensation plans with a focus on execution excellence and timely and accurate payments to all plan participants. We support compensation programs for over 20,000 people around the world and this role specifically focuses on the implementation, support and training related to incentive compensation programs for participants in the company's incentive programs.
The Operational Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing data to support the incentive compensation process. This includes implementing the compensation plans using internal tools, managing the group's quotas, revenue and HR data, providing general support of the plan to the sales force and Field Compensation Advisor (FCA).
The role will also be responsible for calculating bonus payments, inputting and analysing data for quota setting and implementing revenue and quota adjustments for bonus payouts in internal compensation tools. The analyst has a key role to play in the monthly rhythm of the business cycle to ensure high accuracy of data is maintained for sales participants to support operational excellence.

" Manage the ongoing link between sales quotas and territories, roles, and personnel information.
" Ensure all data in systems are up to date and reflect all changes needed
" Help monitor and validate revenue and quota data integrity and accuracy to ensure correct and equitable payouts.
" Provide data support as required by FCA

The ideal candidate will be:
" Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation
" Preferable background in Finance or Audit & Compliance
" Must be a team player
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel
" Bachelor's degree an advantage but not essential
" Detailed oriented & thorough
" Excellent planning and time management skills
" Ability to multitask on projects with aggressive timelines and prioritise your work
