This is an incredible opportunity for a newly qualified Accountant with a management and statutory accounts background to join our thriving business as we move into our next evolution and deliver our ambitious build programme. 

Your Role 

As a Management Accountant, you’ll report and monitor the financial performance of open market sales as well as work on ad hoc projects for the wider company.

Providing a business partnering service to Project and Sales Managers, you will give financial feedback on project performance and support the asset optimisation programme with analysis and creative input. 

You will also: 

- Produce quarterly and annual financial statements 
- Prepare VAT returns 
- Provide monthly reports for the senior management and board 
- Use business planning software to support the preparation of the open market business plan 
- Provide personal leadership and promote a group approach 

About You 

To be considered as a Management Accountant, you will need: 

- To be a qualified accountant and a member of a recognised accounting body such as ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA 
- The ability to prepare management accounts and statutory accounts 
- Strong Excel spreadsheet skills 
- The ability to interpret complex legislative and regulatory requirements

- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE per annum
