Sales Negotiator

Our Client, a leading & reputable firm of Estate Agents, is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator on a full-time permanent basis with On Target Earnings up to £25,000.


With offices situated across the East Midlands, the company prides itself with its unrivalled local market knowledge, enabling the delivery of the highest standards of service.

Duties / Responsibilities

*Registering applicants looking for a new property
*Matching applicants to suitable properties
*Booking viewing appointments
*Attending & carrying out property viewings
*Obtaining prompt, relevant feedback following viewings
*Recording offers & negotiating between the Client & Applicant
*Sales progression - helping to move sales through to completion
*Assisting with mortgage & survey requirements
*Following company and legal compliance procedures


Essential Skills:
* Minimum 1 year Estate Agency experience
* Driven and motivated
* Excellent communication skills
* Accurate, numerate and computer literate
* A team player with excellent organisational skills
Desired Skills:
* Full UK driving licence

Base Salary £16,000 - £18,000

Full time hours Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays
