Our client is a spanking new start-up that is aiming to bring their unique web and mobile technologies to the retail finance sector. They’re now looking for an Implementation Manager to join their friendly team and oversee their software implementation projects. 

This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats to deliver a great service to customers, acting as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Tester and Trainer, so no two days will ever be the same. 

As the Implementation Manager, you will: 

- Implement the company’s travel money solution, which enables businesses to sell travel money to consumers
- Co-ordinate the internal and external resources required to mobilise each new B2B customer
- Support customers through solution design, platform build, system configuration and sign-off stages
- Provide training to customers 
- Occasionally travel to provide on-site customer support 


To be considered, you will need experience of the following: 

- Implementing software for B2B customers 
- Project management 
- JIRA software 
- B2B customer support 
- Using chat-based support systems 

It would be great if you had experience of the following, but this is by no means essential: Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA Service Desk, producing use cases for software enhancements, helping to test software releases and modifications, using an online platform to deliver training or providing end user/consumer support.
