About the Role
The Client Services team is a busy and integral part of the Manheim/Cox Automotive Enterprises business. The department is comprised of several diverse teams dealing with multi-channel customer contacts ranging from the simple to the complex, regardless of, if this contact is from a multi-national vendor or a local deal, the team strives to deliver first time resolution by providing world class customer service and support.
As our Client Experience Advisor, you will provide one stop solutions for all your customers via both inbound and outbound calls and emails. These will incorporate existing customer queries and setting up new buyers and vendor accounts, whilst ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance. The role also encompasses elements of data entry and the secure handling of client information in line with the data protection act and business standards.
We’re looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus, who can positively impact the customer journey and who understands the importance of a first time resolution. You’ll have excellent communication and problem solving skills, be engaging and confident with strong interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic outlook to contributing to the business and making a difference. You’ll be highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and be competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, to analyse data to highlight trends and drive agreed actions.
