Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Learning & Organisational Development Manager to join their busy HR team and have line management responsibility of their L&D team.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of a global and group L&D strategy that drives a culture of learning and continuous improvement, taking responsibility for the implementation of their learning organisation roadmap. You will design and deliver a range of interventions to support a high performing organization, and will be involved in engagement, culture and employer brand activities. You'll have a performance focus on business outcomes and an ability to analyse business issues and identify how and where L&OD can make a difference.
To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic L&OD experience, preferably in a global environment. You will be creative and love generating ideas, with a flexible and energetic approach to taking on new challenges. With a passion for self-development in the work place and a keen interest in all things digital and social, you'll have the ability to think laterally and problem solve, whilst inspiring others to be the best they can be. You'll also need to develop and manage positive relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, across our global and group companies. A proven ability to influence and guide line managers will be an asset.
