Administration Assistant - 1 year FTC

If so you could be the person we're looking for to join our client's team for a 1 year FTC (maternity cover)
You will be supporting the Information Services & Client Compliance Manager in providing efficient and effective client due diligence (CDD), conflict checking services and client file opening.
You will be responsible for the following
* Completing conflict checks and follow up with fee earners.
* Obtaining, checking and verifying client ID documentation, identifying issues, and escalating where required.
* Opening new client files in the firm's case management system.
* Other ISCC tasks that may arise from time to time.
* Attendance at meetings and such training courses as agreed with the Information Services & Client Compliance Manager.
* Participation in any special projects under the direction of the Information Services & Client Compliance Manager as required to meet the needs of the business.
