Job Title; Client Service Manager
Salary; From GBP26,000 -GBP30,000 per annum
Shift; Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location; Blaby Leicestershire
Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast paced manufacturing company as an Client Service Manager. Our client, a specialist in the POS/POP sector are seeking an individual to strengthen their Service Team to assist with delivering a seamless service to their client base.
The successful individual will be a highly customer focused individual, resilient and a go-getter with the ability to use their own initiative to meet customer SLA's.
The Client Service Manager Role;
* First point of contact for the customer, discuss their order in detail, recording accurately and ensuring attention to detail at all times
* Discuss options available to the customer (material, size, services)
* Submit the order to the Estimator in order for them to generate a proposed quote
* Present the quote to the customer and secure order
* Project manage each order to ensure the client is satisfied with the service received
* Use internal system to log each job and monitor
* Attend regular meetings with the Head of Departments to ensure they are fully briefed on new projects and gain an update on progress of current orders
* Resolve complaints and handle any enquiries that come in
* Manage each order from initial call through to delivery, checking progress, liaising with departments and keeping in regular contact with the customer
* Identify opportunities for up selling
Our Ideal Candidate;
* The Client Service Manager will have an understanding of the POS/POP industry
* Excellent communication skills with the ability communicate at various levels
* Proactive individual who uses own initiative
* Highly organised and ability to drive projects forward to completion
* Resilient and capable of resolving complaints in a professional manner
* Enthusiastic, motivated and driven to succeed
* Experience in Project Management would be advantageous, however not essential
* Proficient in all Microsoft packages
