Recruiting SENCO's in Wiltshire

Class People are a leading education agency who are looking to recruit SENCO's to work on a day to day or in long term contracts. We work with schools in the Wiltshire area in order to provide SENCO's on an interim basis.

The SENCO will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school's SEN policy. The SENCO will co-ordinate additional support for pupils with SEN and liaise with their parents, teachers and other outside agencies.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding support and direction for the coordination of SEN throughout the school. You will regularly monitor progress against targets for pupils with SEN from teachers' plans and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning by work analysis. As the school SENCo, you will liaise with staff, parents, external agencies and other schools to co-ordinate their contribution, provide maximum support and ensure continuity of educational provision for pupils with SEN.
