Leekes currently have a Restaurant Supervisor position at Llantrisant store.
Our busy customer restaurant requires a talented, experienced leader to join their established team on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours a week (mixed weekdays and weekends).
Duties include;
* Maximising departmental sales
* Controlling and maintaining company and departmental standards and procedures
* Meeting and maintaining EHO & H&S standards and compliance processes
* Managing, motivating and developing the team
* Ensuring hot & cold food is prepared to a high standard and is displayed in a fresh and appetising manner.
* Rota and staff holiday/absence management
* Assisting the cooking and serving team during busy periods
For this role it is essential that the successful applicant has:
* Minimum level 2 food and hygiene certificate
* Previous supervisory experience; able to manage and motivate a team
* Able to work well as part of a team in a busy, customer service environment
* Basic cooking skills required
