Brook Street are proud to be partnering with a well established Financial company bases in Dorset.
My client is looking for a Qualified Mortgage Advisor who is outgoing, driven and professional person with good people skills. The Perfect candidate must be able to provide customers with a full advice and recommendation for mortgages, protection and general insurance in accordance with company and FCA guidelines whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sources lead opportunities and contacts prospective clients
- Assesses through active listening, the true needs and requirements of clients for mortgage, protection and general insurance
- Provides compliant, quality, consultative advice on mortgage, protection and general insurance through assessing client needs
- Presents tailor made client recommendations in a compliant, clear and concise manner
- Accurately completes mortgage related documentation in line with lenders and FCA policies and processes
- Has an expert knowledge of the lending and protection market
- Keeps up to date with changes to legislation relevant to the financial sector
- Maintains accurate and relevant customer details
- Identifies new business opportunities
- Processes confidential information providing a compliant audit trail
- Liaises with Lender/Insurance support staff
- Attends team and Lender meetings as required
- Actively participates in performance review meetings and training as required
- Promotes Elite Financial services to existing and potential clients and proactively provide referrals to specialist colleagues
- Has a thorough understanding of compliance processes and procedures
- Delivers consistent excellent customer service and achievement of individual objectives and targets
