Working Hours: Full time and permanent

Location: Exeter University (Streatham Campus)

This full time post is available immediately on a permanent basis within our Student Wellbeing and Welfare team, based at our Streatham Campus in Exeter.

About the role

The post is part of the University’s Wellbeing and Welfare Team, operationally based within Education Support. The Education Support Assistant (Welfare) will be managed by an Education Support Advisor (Welfare) who will have responsibility for a package of Health, Wellbeing and Support for Study (HWSS) activity and general welfare support.

The post will be expected to provide general administrative assistance to the Education Support Advisor (Welfare), principally in support of the University’s formal HWSS process.

About you

We are looking for a committed and organised individual with excellent note-taking skills and a good knowledge of confidentiality and Data Protection issues. The successful applicant for this post will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a large team in order to meet peak demand needs across the service.
