We are looking for a number of Support Workers to join Options within the Liverpool area. The role will involve working a variety of shifts including week days, nights and weekend work in a Supported Living setting.
We have an exciting opportunity as we look to recruit a new team of friendly and positive people to work in a new supported living setting for two young adults with complex support needs who are moving in to their own tenancies. The planned start date for this support is December 2018, however, we are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible to work across the organisation.
We are looking for compassionate people to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of the people we support; to empower and build relationships having a huge focus on building independence.
A high attention to detail to be able to provide consistent support, maintain and follow guidelines closely. An understanding of autism and positive behaviour support would be an advantage.
