This is an opportunity to join an online fast-sales Estate Agent based in an office environment.

What will you be doing?

- Looking after and selling a manageable, targeted number of portfolio of properties
- Arranging viewings from the office and capturing feedback (No site visits)
- Presenting and accepting offers
- Up-selling some of Springbok's services with great financial rewards
- Updating and maintaining notes for your portfolio
- If you are motivated by money, this is the job for you

Skills and experience:

- Driven and money hungry with experience and successful track record in property sales.
- Career focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
- A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
- A natural leader
- You have consistently exceeded your sales targets/goals.
- Confident sales pitch and professional manner.
- You know how to negotiate a deal where everyone wins.
- You have outstanding people skills.

- Full time position with an attractive basic salary - negotiable dependent on your experience
- Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £35,000 to £45,000
