We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and conscientious administrator to join the Referral Management Service, led by local General Practitioners. The principle role will involve providing full administrative support to the senior management team to ensure that the department operates effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate must have experience of minute taking, an eye for detail, excellent computer skills in order to input data accurately, be well-organised and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Good communication skills are essential, together with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
Although part of a team, you will be required to work on your own initiative and must have the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively. You must have a flexible approach and willingness to provide support to colleagues.
This is a part-time post working 22.5 hours per week.
