Contract Flooring Solutions Limited are a modern, forward thinking contract flooring company based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
We require a receptionist/office helper to fulfil the following duties:
- Answer incoming external calls, then routing or taking messages as appropriate.
- General office duties such as scanning etc.
- Greeting visitors, although we are not public facing, so this will be very limited.
- Preparing drinks for meetings.
- Keeping the office/canteen tidy.
- Franking & Posting
The hours of work will be 8.00am - 4,00pm, Mon- Friday
At Contract Flooring Solutions, we always maintain a relaxed, non"officewear" atmosphere that is friendly and supportive at all times. Although the focus will be on telephone and reception duties. The suitable candidate will be ready to jump around into any roles necessary to push the company through each busy day.
