We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support our Regional Housing Team at the Wentworth Lodge office.
This is a key and essential role for our team, you will undertake various administrative duties and effectively prioritise workload to ensure a smooth service and running of the office. Proactive in your approach you will manage correspondence from tenants, make decisions and implement appropriate and consistent actions.
To be successful in this role you must have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as having the ability to assess difficult situations using your own initiative. Excellent IT skills, attention to detail is important along with the capability to analyse and interpret data. Previous experience of working in a Housing environment is not required however would be highly beneficial.
