An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Assistant Sales Manager to join us at our office in Welwyn Garden City.

Within this role, you will support the existing Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for schemes where Mears have an overarching sales responsibility. You will assist in managing the sales function from pre-launch throughout the build process and to site completion.

You will also develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business’ requirements and capabilities, standard specifications and quality ethos so that these can delivered across projects with confidence.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have substantial experience working for a Contractor/Developer/Registered Provider/New Homes Agent and have Sales progression experience.

With an enquiring personality and determination to obtain information from a wide set of sources, you should have excellent Personal/People and face to face communications skills along with strong written and document preparation skills.  In addition, you will also be IT proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
