JOB TITLE: Mechanic / Technician
SALARY & BENEFITS: Good salary package plus bonus, company pension scheme,22 days holiday
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm
THE COMPANY: Our client has been established for over 70 years and is a Vauxhall & Chevrolet approved dealer, franchised for servicing, warranty, MOT & parts in Worthing. They have an exciting opportunity available for a Mechanic / Technician.
Key Responsibilities for the Mechanic / Technician role to include:-
• Service and repair of vehicles
• Completing diagnostic checks
• Road testing
• Completing health checks on the vehicles
• Carrying out MOTs
THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Mechanic / Technician you will have a positive can do attitude. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. You will also need to live within a commutable distance to Worthing.
Key experience essential for the role of Mechanic / Technician:-
• Either qualified by experience or NVQ level 3 with a minimum of 2 years experience
• MOT tester is desirable but not essential
