The Role:

  • Support relevant business Heads with annual planning and strategy review processes
  • Deliver a strategy of customer requirements through market research.
  • Develop strong understanding of the businesses SME portfolio's performance and key drivers.
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Sales and Operations teams to manage product delivery.
  • Work closely with the rest of the UK product and European marketing team to provide support as needed for additional initiatives.
  • Drive market strategy for the SME channel, including marketing planning and execution
  • Build strong relationships with Internal PR & communications, in order to deliver engaging thought leadership content and collateral across traditional and digital marketing channels.

Skills and Experience

  • Marketing or related business degree plus 4 years work experience, or 7 years work experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience of the employee health benefits market is desirable.
  • Ability to translate value proposition and technical product features into benefits that resonate with prospects, brokers and customers.
  • Strong experience developing content and collateral, product launch material, sales aids and tools.
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns across all channels.
  • Agile approach to working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, handling issues, and driving projects through to closure.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence people at all levels.
  • Self-starter who can manage own workload and prioritise effectively.
