We are currently recruiting for an administrator role with reception responsibilities cover for annual leave , answering telephone queries, processing court work administration, preparation of court papers, assisting probation officers with administration, sending letters, maintaining data bases. Skills required would MS Office and email. Flexible approach to work will be required in order to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in working in Probation would be ideal. Late night work might be required on occasion.

Skills required:
o Advance knowledge of MS Word;
o Organisational skills
o Good communication an written skills
o Good interlopers skills
o Ability to multitask
o Confident and able to learn new task in a short period.
o Flexible approach to work will be required in order to meet deadlines.
The role will involve dealing with very sensitive information, the candidate should be familiar with the Data Protection Act.

Previous experience in working in Probation would be ideal. Previous experience working in an Office environment essential.
Normal working hours will be 9am-5pm. Emergency late night cover (covering sickness) would be from 12 - 8 at the latest.
