Our client is now seeking a Child Care Lawyer with Panel membership for a fast-paced and busy department based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will run a complex and challenging caseload consisting of all child care and private law family matters and excellent advocacy skills to include experience of final hearings.
Responsibilities
??Representing children, parents and guardians in public law proceedings
??Placement Orders and Adoption
??Emergency protection orders
??Care and supervision orders
??Dealing with social services, schools, local authorities and other agencies
??Private Law family matters
The Candidates
??Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of three years' PQE
??Membership of the Law Society Children Panel will be essential
??Technically proficient and commercially aware
??Strives for high standards in their work at all times
??A practical and proactive approach to solving problems
??The ability to provide first class communication and client care skills
