Deputy Scheme Manager
A fantastic learning disability company based in Derby are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Scheme manager to help run a supported living service.
This is a full time role where you will work 37 hours per week. As this is a managerial role you may be expected to step up in unexpected situations which means you must be fully flexible.
Your main role will be to report to the Service Manager and help run the service on a day to day basis. You must have good written and verbal skills as you will need to keep care plans and assessments up to date.
As a deputy manager you must be firm but fair and develop good working relationships as the manager will expect you to give regular appraisals and training discussions to the team.
This role is perfect for a team leader or senior who is looking to step up in their career. 3 years supervisory experience is required.
Ideally you will hold your NVQ Level 3 or be willing to take on a qualification whilst working with this company.
The starting salary for this role is £20,000 however this is a big company and lot`s of progression for the future is available.
